No we do not offer any free trials of our services, however if you make a purchase and are unsatisfied with our service you can request a refund within 30 days of signing up.
When it is time to renew my hosting plan can I renew at my current rate?
By default it will renew at your current rate, however we do reserve the right to alter our package prices (reasonable amount) provided we have given you 60 days notice.
Can U-Create-Hosting offer Web Design Services?
Yes, This site is owned and managed by Pirahna Web Designs. We can offer services such a Script installs / updates, SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to Graphic Design and even custom PHP / MYSQL programming at very reasonable rates. Does U-Create-Hosting Offer customised hosting solutions?
Yes, our packages have been designed to cover the average users however we understand that there will always be special requirements for some people. We can customise an existing plan or create a new one from scratch. If you would like to get a quote on your requirements please contact us providing details here.
Do you support custom error pages?
Yes, through Cpanel you can setup your own Custom Error pages.
Does U-create-hosting backup the data on its servers?
Yes we do, however as the saying goes don't put all your eggs into one basket, please backup your sites locally and do not rely 100% on us as it will be safer to have your sites backed up in several locations than one.
Can we use ASP on your servers?
No. At present we do not provide Windows hosting.
Does U-Create-Hosting support shared SSL?
Yes.
Do you allow SSH access?
Yes, but there is a £12 fee to activate it.
Can I Register domains with U-Create-Hosting?
No. We do not offer domain registrations or transfers simply because there are already many well established domain registras that specialize in domain registrations that we would not be able to compete with them and would be offering our customers a service we know they could get cheaper themselves.
Who owns the FREE domain(s) offered wth some of the packages?
U-Create-Hosting owns the FREE domain. U-Create-Hosting register the FREE domains with several registras, at present .co.uk with 123-reg.co.uk and .coms with Godaddy.com. If you have an account with these companies we will transfer the domain to your account after the 30 days refund period has expired for £6.99 per domain. Should you wish not to transfer domain(s) to your own account we will keep the domain(s) registered as long as you keep your hosting plan with us.
